1. What does Anissette Solutions do?
Major corporations outsource their calls through Arise Virtual Solutions. Arise then outsources to companies like Anissette Solutions to find the people that are working from home and connect them to the clients in need of services. You choose the client that you want to provide services for, get certified, and then take inbound customer service calls from your home. It is all computerized on Arise's platform, so you basically log into your computer and into the clients’ systems and the calls come directly to you either through a headset connected to your computer or a land phone line. 2. How do I know this opportunity is real?
Anissette Solutions is partnered with Arise Virtual Solutions which is a legitimate work-from-home opportunity. There are thousands of small businesses and their contractors who have enjoyed providing services to Arise for decades.
3. What are the fees?
To partner with Anissette Solutions and be given the opportunity to provide your services to clients, you must complete the following startup costs, which are considered your investment into your own business:

Certification Course for the client you choose is FREE!

$20 (refundable) background check/course deposit fee.

$39.95 monthly service platform fee.

These fees are paid to Arise Virtual Solutions, not Anissette Solutions.

Anissette Solutions has a low flat service fee of $39.95 per invoice, which includes the service platform fee our partner Arise charges. We have to cover business costs including Partner fee's, software costs, bank fees and more. Our low flat service fee allows us to provide you with support and to help you succeed!
4. How much money will I make?
You choose the client that you want to service. Some partners select their client based on the compensation rate. Others choose a client because they are open 24/7. While some choose a client that is super easy with a lower hourly pay. You set your own schedule and choose when and how much you work. Your paycheck is up to you!

Partners make between $200 - $1,500+ bi-weekly!
5. Do I pay my own taxes?
You are an Authorized agent, Independent Contractor, Sole Proprietor or Freelancer and are responsible for your own taxes. Anissette Solutions does not take any taxes out on your behalf. You will receive a 1099 at the end of the year if you made $600 or more.

In addition, you are not eligible to receive unemployment, overtime or benefits as Authorized agents, Independent Contractors, Sole Proprietors and Freelancers.

We will email you a special link to create your Arise Profile. Use our CSP ID: 5832610

Now that you have completed the Anissette Solutions form, you will need to create a profile with Arise Virtual Solutions. Arise provides the platform and technology support needed to allow you to service clients.

You will receive an email once you have chosen a client with links to fill out your affidavit of ID, proof of servicing address, proof of identity, W9 form and Direct Deposit form. These forms must be completed before you are allowed to service a client. Please be sure to check your spam folder to see if any correspondence is going there.

Make sure you have a working computer that will meet Anissette Solutions’ guidelines. See technical requirements here.

Purchase a USB headset for your certification class and for servicing most clients. This is a headset that plugs into your computer. See our recommendations.

You will be invited to join our private Facebook group. Facebook is where we make important announcements and offers. If you do not have a FB page, you can create one at www.facebook.com.

Our virtual call center uses the technology provided through Arise Virtual Solutions.
​
PLEASE BE ADVISED: Arise Virtual Solutions will not do business with agents in California, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maryland, Oregon, Wisconsin, and New York. If you are a resident in these states, you will not be allowed to use the Arise platform to service clients.
